The landlord at all times during the tenancy shall:
• […]maintain the roof, windows, screens, floors, steps, porches, exterior walls, foundations and all other structural components in good repair and capable of resisting normal forces and loads […]
• the plumbing in reasonable working condition.
Section 83.51(2)(a)(b), F.S.
• […] the landlord of a dwelling […] shall, at all times during the tenancy, make reasonable provisions for:
• Functioning facilities for heat during winter, running water, and hot water.
Lease:
3.2 Notice of Malfunction or Disrepair. Tenant shall report any damage or problem immediately upon discovery […] Landlord will respond in accordance with the law and the Lease to repair or remedy the situation, as necessary.
3.4 Damage to Premises. Should the Premises be partially damaged […] not due to negligence or conduct of Tenant […] the Premises shall be repaired by Landlord and this Lease shall be abated for the period the Premises are wholly untenable.
3.6 Landlord Obligations. Landlord shall comply with all applicable housing, building, and health codes and maintain all basic structural and service components of the Premises so that they are capable of resisting normal forces.
